We built the 8-status workflow (Backlog → New → Documenting → Working → Blocked/On Hold → Done → Closed) because we saw operational teams struggling with vague status systems. Combined with saved views (Private/Department/Public), blocker tracking, and feedback loops, Sunday gives teams the structure they need to move fast without chaos.
