Every ticket follows the same lifecycle: Backlog (new ideas) → New (accepted) → Documenting (gathering details) → Working (in progress) → Blocked/On Hold (waiting) → Done (completed, awaiting feedback) → Closed (finalized). Yes. Sunday uses bank-grade encryption (AES-256), is GDPR compliant, and offers SSO/SAML to any team that needs it. Your data is hosted in EU-based servers with daily backups. We use TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
